Why hotel service is in demand in Vienna
Vienna is a city of business travel. Congresses, trade fairs, international organisations, meetings that stretch across two days and end in a long dinner. Once you are back at the hotel, there is rarely any appetite left for getting dressed again and crossing the city. That is exactly where our hotel service comes in.

How an outcall actually works
You book by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram. We settle the essentials in advance: time, duration, hotel and where the room is. We only need the room number once your masseuse is close to the building, not hours ahead.
At the agreed time your masseuse comes directly to you. She brings warm oils and fresh towels, and the session is adapted to the room rather than the other way around. If you want to shower first, you simply use your own bathroom with no waiting.
At the end there is no departure to manage. You stay where you are and let the evening settle, or go straight to sleep. Before an early start the next morning, that is worth more than it sounds on paper.
Discretion at the hotel, in practice
On an outcall, discretion is not an attitude but a set of practical decisions. Your masseuse arrives as a business visitor: well presented, unremarkably dressed, with nothing about her appearance that draws attention in a hotel lobby.
We never speak to reception, never mention the name of the salon and announce nothing in advance. Nobody in the building learns what the visit is about. All contact runs between you and us.
Payment is in cash or by card, on the spot. On request, nothing on the receipt points back to the nature of the visit. That matters in particular when the trip is expensed through an employer.
Hotel room or suite at the salon?
Both have their place, and the honest answer depends on your evening. The hotel room wins whenever time is short, the day was long, or you have an early start. No journey there, no journey back.
The salon wins when you are looking for the transition. At Burggasse 101 the suites are prepared, the light is dimmed, the oils are ready, and we welcome you at our in-house bar with a welcome drink. Many guests linger at the bar for twenty minutes afterwards, because the way back into the city feels better when it is not hurried.
If this is your first visit and you are not pressed for time, we recommend the salon. If you are sitting in your hotel after a day at the fair, the outcall serves you better.
Prices, duration and coverage
Hotel service is 230 euros for 60 minutes and 320 euros for 90 minutes, each with one masseuse. The coverage area is central Vienna. If your hotel sits further out, simply ask: we will tell you openly whether and how we can arrange it.
For a first outcall we recommend the 90 minutes. Not because 60 is too short, but because a hotel session includes a few minutes for arriving and a first conversation. At 90 minutes that part stays relaxed instead of eating into the massage.
What we agree is what you pay. There is no entry fee, no surcharge that appears only on site, and no minimum spend on extras. Our full price range is on the pricing page.
What we should know before booking
Three details are enough to plan cleanly: the hotel, the time you want and the duration. Everything else, meaning your expectations, your comfort zone and the direction of the session, we discuss beforehand by chat or phone, so that nothing needs clarifying once we are there.
Allow a little lead time. Unlike a salon visit, an outcall includes travel, and on busy evenings the popular slots go early. An afternoon request for the same evening is usually no problem, a spontaneous request at midnight sometimes is.
